  • Member Data: Retained for the duration of your membership. Once your membership ends, we will delete your academic and contact data within 1 year, keeping only minimal data if required for financial or legal records.
  • Newsletter Subscribers: Kept until you choose to unsubscribe, at which point your email address is removed from our mailing list immediately.
